As many small business owners find, Erica Cosminsky is the administration, human resources, marketing, sales and web design behind The Small Business Transcriptionist. She is also a work-at-home single mother, and a full time (online) student majoring in Organizational Leadership with a Human Resources concentration.
Now you may wonder why you should trust someone this busy with your important work. Prior to starting Cosminsky Solutions, Erica spent several years as a Human Resources Specialist for a large pharmacy chain, filling in during long leaves for the Human Resources Manager and during a vacancy in the Regional Talent Manger postions. Her district had 34 stores and over 950 employees.
After doing bi-weekly payroll and discipline for 950 people, she loves being able to have personalized contact with her employees and clients. Erica also has over 9 years of experience in transcription and editing from being a paralegal and administrative assistant.
