Hearts to New Clients
Hello my dear,
I’m looking forward to getting to know you and your business so I can help you most effectively. Here are a few steps that will help you prepare for our first meeting.
1. Schedule your appointment. We’ll schedule an hour. However if we get finished earlier, know that I bill in “real” time. So you may not use a whole hour at a time.

If you purchased a one hour focus session, I commit 15-20 minutes of research time in that price. Then if our first call we only talk for 40 minutes that allows us time for a 20 minute follow up call.
If you are a Jumpstart package, you may also want to schedule 20 minute Weekly Commitment Calls. These calls allow us to determine specific actions you need to take in the next few days to move you forward faster. (My calendar only has 15 and 30 minute options. I’m not crazy.

2. Complete your New Client Questionnaire. This allows me to spend a few minutes getting to know about you before our call.
3. Fill out your pre-appointment call card. This tool allows me to have some idea of what we are going to discuss as well as gives you a few minutes to reflect on what you need to discuss with me. This also let’s me know if I need to do some research such as pulling up a law database for your local or state area.
