I customize every coaching program to your specific needs and business type. My first step is to evaluate what you already have in place. If you are starting out fresh, we design a system that you are comfortable with in your business. This includes recruiting techniques, interview style, project management structure, payments, counseling plans, and a post-termination plan as well as a checks and balances system for you (as the manager).

If you are already managing employees in your business, we take a look at your management style and habits. Then we can take a look at specific problems you may be having with your employees. Typically we find that issues between business owners, or managers and their employees is either a simple misunderstanding or need for more training. Further issues that are common are the employee feeling micromanaged (because it’s time for you to let go a little) or feeling unchallenged/undervalued.

After we evaluate your needs and create a plan, you aren’t suddenly left in the dark. Your couching hours can be used to have me mediate between you and your contractor, “sitting in” on your first interviews, or helping with your counselings and terminations. Sometimes you need a little extra support or a real life “learning example”.

Sometimes you just need an outside look at your own business. This is your one-time consult on how to train someone, a complicated counseling or any other business challenge you are struggling with.

1 Hour Session Cost: $150

When you are just starting to manage other people, you need a jumpstart and a helping hand. This package is designed specifically for you. Like building a new house, we are able to plan, create and implement systems that work best for your specific business.

Think about it this way. It’s easier to simplify before you automate. If you are updating an out of date or obsolete process, it becomes harder to fix later. The same goes with using a system that might have been OK in a business you used to work for. Why not set it up to run smoothly the first time.

You’ve decided you love your business, you need help and you just don’t want to deal with the difficult side of managing people. This is the done-for-you option. We’ll work together to design a program for you that can include things like recruiting and hiring, counseling, terminations, and reviews. After we determine the specifics, we’ll set up a monthly subscription to fit your needs and budget. (If you are looking for daily management, I’ll work with you to set up a structure with my Project Manager or to find an Online Business Manager for your business.)
